Rhett Michael Miller is an associate with Parsons, Smith, Stone, Loveland and Shirley, LLP. Rhett maintains a general practice consisting primarily of business, contract, property, and bankruptcy matters. He also serves as a Deputy Prosecutor for the City of Burley. Rhett’s diverse caseload allows him to frequently appear in both state and federal courts. He enjoys helping creditors protect and
enforce their rights and navigate the often-complex bankruptcy system.
Rhett received a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, Plant and Animal Sciences from Brigham Young University — Idaho in 2014 and his Juris Doctor, with honor, from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2017. Rhett has been admitted to practice law in the state courts of Idaho, Wyoming and Colorado and the federal courts of Idaho and Wyoming.
