Lance A. Loveland is a partner with the firm and advises clients in the areas of family law, adoptions, business and real estate matters, wills and trusts, commercial litigation and personal injury, Lance has represented the City of Burley for 15 years as a city prosecutor. Prior to joining Parsons Smith Stone Loveland and Shirley, Lance received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University in 1995 and his law degree from The University of Idaho College of Law in 1998. Lance is currently licensed to practice before state and federal courts in Idaho and is an active member of the Idaho State Bar, American Inns of Court and actively participates in the 5th Judicial District Bar Association Family Law CLE efforts. He also speaks Spanish.
Lance has served on the board for the Cassia County Health Care Foundation, Miss Mini Cassia pageant and served as the Centennial President of the Burley Rotary Club. He has volunteered in many capacities for the Boys Scouts of America and as a coach for little league baseball, basketball and football and enjoys working with youth. He is married to his amazing spouse Laura, they have 5 boys that keep them active and hopefully, young!
