Randolph C. Stone Born February 15, 1948. Graduated with honors from Colorado State University 1n 1971 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. A member of Omicron Delta Epsilon and Phi Kappa Phi Honorary Societies. Graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 1975. Admitted to practice in Nebraska, Idaho and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Extensive litigation and appellate experience. Practices in a broad range of legal issues.
